2. No Binding via Web Form
Submitting a quote request, contact form, or email through this website does not bind coverage or alter any existing insurance policy. Coverage cannot be bound, altered, or canceled until you have received direct, written confirmation from a licensed Barefoot One agent or the insurance carrier.
3. User Responsibility & Accuracy of Information
When requesting a quote, you agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your business, including but not limited to DOT numbers, MC numbers, garaging locations, vehicle schedules, and driver histories. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in inaccurate quotes, immediate policy cancellation by the carrier, or denial of claims. Barefoot One is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
4. Communications & Consent
